Terms of Use
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms apply to your use of fop25.com, operated by Fraternal Order of Police Orlando Lodge #25, Inc. (“the lodge,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
About the lodge
The lodge is a members-only facility. We offer other non-profit organizations and members of the public use of the property on a limited basis, under our rental terms and conditions.
Rental inquiries
Submitting a rental inquiry for The Lodge at Lake Conway is a request for information only. It does not reserve a date or create a contract. Dates, availability, and pricing are not guaranteed until both you and the lodge have signed a rental agreement and any required deposit has been paid.
Your rental agreement governs the rental itself. If it conflicts with these terms, the rental agreement controls. The lodge may decline any inquiry at its discretion.
Payments and donations
Retiree dues and donations are processed by third-party payment providers such as Square and PayPal, on their own websites and under their own terms. For questions about a payment, contact us at info@fop25.com.
The Orlando Police Heroes Foundation, Inc. is a separate 501(c)(3) organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor.
