Privacy Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
This policy explains how Fraternal Order of Police Orlando Lodge #25, Inc. (“the lodge,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through fop25.com, including pages about the Orlando Police Heroes Foundation, Inc., the lodge’s 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
Information you give us
When you submit a rental inquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, and email address; your event date, type, times, guest counts, and setup needs; your bar and vendor plans; whether you are a lodge member (and, if so, your OPD ID number and who the event honors); how you heard about us; and anything else you choose to tell us.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
- Spam protection. This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from automated bots. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting providers keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the time of each request, to operate and secure the site.
- Saved form progress. The rental inquiry form saves your in-progress answers in your own browser so you don’t lose them if you leave the page. That copy stays on your device. We don’t receive it unless you submit the form, and it is cleared once you do.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, check availability, and prepare a quote.
- To arrange and manage a rental, including the rental agreement.
- To contact you by phone or email about your request.
- To protect the site and our inbox from spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the site and deliver your inquiry, such as website hosting, cloud storage, email delivery, and text-message notification services. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- Google, for reCAPTCHA as described above.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the lodge, our members, or others.
Payments and donations
Retiree dues and donations to the Orlando Police Heroes Foundation are completed on the websites of third-party payment processors such as Square and PayPal. Those payments are handled under the processor’s own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to your request and to manage any rental that results, and then we delete it.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you send us. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing info@fop25.com. You can also clear saved form progress at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
This site links to other websites, including payment processors and maps. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Please also see our Terms of Use.
